Crash diet - It is a serious diet plan undertaken to loosen the body fats and it helps the person to lose some serious body weight. This diet is not preferred by people usually until and unless it is too damn urgent. The diet plan usually stops the person from taking calories so that the body uses the accumulated fats for the production of energy. This plan is tough and not too safe and doesn't give a long lasting result.
